Amarillo Wings
This recipe
is for approximately 25 chicken wings

Amarillo
Wing Seasoning
Lemon juice
Garlic
cloves
- Dry the
chicken wings
- Cut the
wings to separate the drumstick, the flat, and the tip, if necessary
- Mix 5 TBSP
Amarillo Wing Seasoning with 1 ½ cup lemon juice and 4 chopped cloves of garlic
- Add the
wings to the mix and let marinate as little or as long as you like
- Bake chicken
wings for 20 minutes
- Turn chicken
wings over and bake another 20 minutes
- Turn on
broiler and broil the wings for 3-7 minutes
- Set the
wings aside, reserving the pan drippings
- Reduce the
pan drippings
- Add the
reduction to Blue Cheese Dressing and serve as wing sauce. Add Tabasco or other
hot sauce to this mix for your preference.
