Toxic Meatballs

Ingredients:

Toxic Meatball Seasoning

1 lb ground meat (beef, bison, lamb, turkey)

Fresh parsley

1 egg

 
  1. Mix 1 pound of the ground meat with 3 TBSP of the Toxic Meatball Seasoning, 1 egg, and fresh parsley. Mix and knead together.
  2. Roll meatballs out onto pan.
  3. Cook the meatballs stovetop.
  4. Serve with Labne or Sour Cream and Hot Sauce

Toxic Meatloaf


Ingredients:

Toxic Meatball Seasoning

1 lb ground meat (beef, bison, lamb, turkey)

Fresh parsley

1 egg

 
  1. Mix 1 pound of the ground meat with 3 TBSP of the Toxic Meatball Seasoning, 1 egg, and fresh parsley. Mix and knead together.
  2. Place Mixture into meatloaf pan
  3. Pour ketchup and tabasco over the top of the meatloaf roll
  4. Optional - Layer strips of bacon over the top of the meatloaf roll
  5. Cook on 450 degrees for 25 minutes.
  6. Serve with Labne or Sour Cream and Hot Sauce
