This chicken wing recipe is for approximately 25 wings. These spicy wings will be a great hit with your guests, and they are delicious with all kinds of sauces. Remember that you can get our Amarillo Wing seasoning in both regular and extra spicy. One tip for this recipe. The key is to use fresh, minced garlic; with anything else it’s just not the same, so don’t complain.

Ingredients

25 chicken wings

Goodnight’s Amarillo Wing Seasoning

Lemon juice

Garlic cloves

Preparation

Dry the chicken wings

Cut the wings to separate the drumstick, the flat, and the tip, if necessary.

Mix 4 TBSP Amarillo Wing Seasoning with 1 ½ cup lemon juice and 4 chopped cloves of garlic.

Add the wings to the mix and let marinate as little or as long as you like.

Cooking

Preheat the oven to 395 degrees.

Bake chicken wings for 20 minutes.

Turn chicken wings over and bake another 20 minutes.

Turn on broiler and broil the wings for 3-7 minutes.

Set the wings aside, reserving the pan drippings.

You can also cook these over the grill for about 15 minutes per side.

Serve

Reduce the pan drippings.

Add the reduction to Blue Cheese Dressing and serve as wing sauce.

Add Tabasco, Franks or your favorite other hot sauce to this mix for your preference.
