Another Misleading Article on Milk: When Will They Stop Pushing Food Lies?

Yet another article is out, this time from Yahoo, trying to tell us what the “healthiest” milk is. Spoiler alert: it’s more of the same recycled nonsense designed to confuse consumers and push industrial products. They rave about ultra-filtered milks and plant-based alternatives while barely touching on what actually matters: the quality of the milk and how it’s produced.

Let’s set the record straight.

Ultra-filtered milk? That’s milk that’s been processed to death, stripping it of natural nutrients and replacing them with artificial “fortifications.” Plant-based milks? Most are nothing more than water, gums, oils, and synthetic vitamins pretending to be nutritious. The article conveniently ignores the laundry list of additives and preservatives in these so-called healthy options.

Meanwhile, real milk; raw, full-fat, and pasture-raised, is demonized or brushed aside. This is the kind of milk that sustained generations, packed with natural enzymes, healthy fats, and essential nutrients. But it’s not profitable for Big Food, so it gets sidelined in favor of whatever product they can mass-produce and market as “healthier.”

Here’s the truth: whole, unprocessed, nutrient-dense foods like raw milk, pasture-raised meats, and real butter have been unfairly attacked for decades while the food industry fills shelves with ultra-processed garbage. And the media plays right along.

It’s time to stop falling for this nonsense. Forget ultra-filtered and plant-based knockoffs. Choose real, whole foods. Choose foods that actually nourish your body and not the lab-made products designed to hook you on sugar, additives, and empty promises.

At Goodnight’s Red River, we stand for food freedom, real nutrition, and a hard stance against these tired food industry lies.
