Beef Tenderloin Oven Baked

What do I have to really say about a delicious steak on #NationalTexasDay, in this case an incredible beef tenderloin? Yes, I’m sure some of you would prefer I go with a Ribeye, or a T-Bone, but today I feel like a delicious, juicy tenderloin medallion that melts like butter in my mouth. Maybe I’ll even see if they have some bison tenderloin.
