Eating Healthy is Too Expensive… More #FoodLies

Today’s breakfast was 6 ounces of ground elk, 4 pasture raised eggs, and a medium Haas avocado.

A ketovore meal built on grass-fed elk, pasture-raised eggs, and fresh avocado provides the perfect balance of protein, healthy fats, and essential nutrients. The same amount of calories from fast food is packed with seed oils, refined carbs, preservatives, and barely half the protein. Excuses about healthy eating being too expensive fall apart when people gladly spend money on drive-thru garbage that leaves them tired, inflamed, and craving more junk. The problem isn’t the price of real food. It’s an addiction to sugar, a reliance on convenience, and an unwillingness to break the cycle of processed poison. Real food builds strength, energy, and longevity while cheap, ultra-processed meals destroy health one bite at a time. #Ketovore #RealFood #NoMoreExcuses #MAHA

My meal keeps me full all day, from late morning to dinnertime around 8 p.m. so it is essentially 2 meals, so cost per meal is half that of the Big Mac combo, which will drive cravings for more within just a couple of hours.

Observation:

  • My meal costs about $10.17 compared to 9.29, but the nutritional value is far superior.
  • McDonald’s gives you processed calories, but my meal fuels the body properly with real protein, healthy fats, and micronutrients.
  • McDonald’s meal has 5x more carbs, less than half the protein, and is filled with garbage ingredients like refined oils, preservatives, and high-fructose corn syrup. This analysis did not include the sugar loaded soft drink most of you are having along with the burger and fries.
