We joked that those “Toxic Meatballs” were so good but too dangerous!
However, as we created our blend, we wanted something cleaner and healthier. So, we took the challenge head-on and spent months perfecting a mix that delivered the same delicious taste — but with none of the harmful additives. We removed the MSG and dialed in a balance of spices that would enhance the flavor of any meatball without compromising on health. The result? An “exotic” flavor profile that’s unlike anything you’ve had before, hence the name Xotic Meatball was born.
The new name better reflects the blend’s global inspiration and its place in our lineup of premium seasonings. Xotic Meatball isn’t just a fun name; it’s a promise of high-quality, all-natural ingredients that you can feel good about using in your kitchen.
