Xotic Meatballs


Goodnight’s Red River Xotic Meatball Seasoning

1 lb ground meat (beef, bison, lamb, turkey)

Fresh parsley

1 egg


Mix 1 pound of the ground meat with 2 tbsp of Xotic Meatball Seasoning, 1 egg, and fresh parsley. Mix and knead together.

Roll meatballs out onto pan.


Cook the meatballs stovetop, on cast iron on the grill, or in the oven.


Serve with Labne (Kafir) or Sour Cream and Hot Sauce

However, after months of experimentation with flavors and spices, we came upon the same deliciousness, but with NO MSG!
