Beef Tenderloin Oven Baked
What do I have to really say about a delicious steak on #NationalTexasDay? Yes, I’m sure some of you would prefer I go with a Ribeye, or a T-Bone, but today I feel like a delicious, juicy tenderloin medallion that melts like butter in my mouth. Maybe I’ll even see if they have some bison tenderloin.

Miami Mango Salsa
Miami is Mangos! Mango season comes around every year, and our friends overload us with fresh mango, and we can never keep up with it. I think we still have more than 5 pounds in our freezer that we periodically cut pieces off of to eat as frozen treats. We will be sharing many delicious tropical recipes that include mango, why not start with our spicy Miami Mango Salsa. We use homegrown jalapeno and habanero peppers, so this is the perfect recipe to post on National Seed Swap Day. Also, if you want to swap seeds send us an email telling us what kind of seeds you have, a little bit about how you have grown and used them, and we will send you some of our awesome pepper seeds in exchange. #SeedSwapDay

Kevin’s Meaty Key West Conch Fritters
Conch Fritters are a Florida staple, and everyone makes them ‘best!’ Seriously, isn’t it annoying to get all worked up in anticipation of this delicious treat and then get a mouthful of breading with hardly any conch meat in it. We started making these at home with the goal of them being voted best ever, no matter where we take them. It is important to be careful and not add to much flour or milk, and make sure not to chop the conch too small, you want your diners to know they are getting the meatiest fritters ever. You want meaty fritters that are the envy of everyone that tries the
Sloppy Tacos Locos
A Tex-Mex take on the sloppy joe, this recipe takes the traditional taco and puts it between two hamburger buns. You can enjoy this way like a traditional sloppy joe, or you can put the taco beef mixture on top of a beef patty and make it a real taco burger. These recipes are inspired by two of my favorite restaurants: San Loco, a long-gone Mexican hole in the wall the used to be across the street from Club Deuce in South Beach, who had the most delicious taco burger ever (they were also the inspiration for Red River Ridiculousness). The other is the Dew Drop Inn on Old Shell Road in Mobile Alabama, who make the most delicious chili cheeseburger, with their awesome chili in the burger on top of the patty.
Red River Pork Ribs – #SundaySpareRibs
These pork ribs are delicious and from an easy recipe anyone can accomplish, and it is designed for either the grill or the oven. It has to be, because in South Florida if you want to have ribs only from the grill you aren’t going to have them very often during rainy season. So, enjoy […]

This chicken wing recipe is for approximately 25 wings. These spicy wings will be a great hit with your guests, and they are delicious with all kinds of sauces. Remember that you can get our Amarillo Wing seasoning in both regular and extra spicy. One tip for this recipe. The key is to use fresh, minced garlic; with anything else it’s just not the same, so don’t complain.
