Ingredients
1 ripe, diced mango
2 tbsp diced red bell pepper
2 tbsp diced red onion
1 tbsp diced jalapeno or habanero
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
Dash of cumin
Dash of cayenne
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix together and serve over your favorite fish prepared with Red River Fresco Fish Seasoning.
